Privacy Policy

What this static site checks, what it does not store, and how optional advertising measurement is switched on.

1. This policy matches the page you are using

Dukaan Atlas is a static website. Pages are files. There is no account system and no Dukaan Atlas database behind the form. This policy describes that design, including the optional Google Ads measurement that can run if you allow it and if advertising identifiers have been added to the pages.

2. The question form

The homepage form asks for a name, an email address, a topic and a message, plus a tick to say you have read this policy. The tick is not selected for you. The form does not ask for a phone number, income, assets or any financial account.

When you submit, a script in your browser checks that the fields are filled in and that the email looks like an email address. If the checks pass, a message on the page tells you so. The exact sense of that message is that the entries passed the on-page checks and that the page does not send or store your message.

The page does not use a network request to deliver the form. It does not call a customer system. Passing the checks is not the same thing as reaching a person. If a real delivery service is added later, the confirmation text and the timing of any advertising conversion event should be changed to match a successful delivery.

3. Optional Google Ads measurement

The site is prepared for Google Ads site measurement and for a Contact conversion on the homepage form. It does not load Facebook, Meta, TikTok or other advertising pixels, and it does not load Google Analytics or a Google Tag Manager container.

The page has one googlePixels setting. Each entry is a Google Ads ID and a conversion label joined by a slash, and several entries are separated by commas. While that setting is empty, the site does not load the Google tag library and does not send an advertising conversion. When one or more valid entries are present, the library is still not loaded unless you accept optional advertising cookies.

If you accept, the site loads one copy of Google's gtag.js library and configures each valid identifier separately. A Contact conversion is considered only after the homepage form passes every check, the privacy tick is on, you have accepted advertising measurement, each valid ID and label pair is sent once, and that completion has not already sent a conversion. An entry that is not a valid ID and label pair is skipped. It does not cancel the other valid entries. Opening a page, rejecting cookies, failing validation, or closing the confirmation does not count as Contact.

Google may process technical data such as cookie identifiers and page events under Google's own terms when the tag runs. Dukaan Atlas does not claim that advertising measurement is anonymous in every sense, because that would contradict the presence of the tag.

4. Cookies and similar storage

If you have not decided, no Google Ads tag is loaded. If you reject optional advertising cookies, the tag is not loaded and no Contact conversion is sent. If you accept, Google Ads may set or read cookies in line with its tag.

The site stores your Accept or Reject choice in the browser's local storage under the key dukaan-atlas-ads-consent so the next page on this site can follow it. That storage is the memory of your choice. It is not an advertising profile built by Dukaan Atlas. If storage is blocked, the site treats the visit as undecided and does not load the tag.

5. How to choose

Use the banner buttons labelled Accept Optional Advertising Cookies and Reject Optional Advertising Cookies. You can change the stored choice here at any time.

Your current choice is applied when you use either button. After a rejection, later pages do not load the advertising tag. A tag already loaded in an open tab cannot be pulled back out of that tab; reload the page after rejecting if you want that view to stop using it.

6. What this site does not collect on its own

There is no Dukaan Atlas server storing form entries, and the pages do not include hidden fields for advertising platforms other than the optional Google Ads tag described above. Do not read this as a promise that nobody can ever observe a connection. A browser, a network, and — if you accept — Google Ads are outside the static files.
